Biology Student Organizations
The Department of Biological Sciences is proud to offer students four opportunities to participate in life science student organizations. Delegates from each organization comprise a Life Science Student Organization Leadership Council which facilitates the coordination and collaboration of the organizations' activities. All participants become members of The Biology Club, and students who have particular areas of interest choose to participate in the Louisiana Iota Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta, The LSUS Chapter of Beta Beta Beta (tri-Beta), or the Minority Association of Pre-Healthcare Students (MAPS).
